Project: A dialysis center built-out at an existing commercial shell building
my involvement in this project primarily was the research of code, and approved fire rating assemblies; the development of construction documents and fill out the permit forms.
Contract: Owner Adviser
Responsibilities: Suggestions to the client on value engineering offers from the GC, possible solutions to conflicts and Draw Requests comments for review
Team member with Gensler Architects
Project: Toyota dealership with a LEED Gold Certification.
My involvement was production of the construction documents, LEED documentation and coordinate/ clarify intentions details with the Construction Administration team.
