my involvement in this project primarily was the research of code, and approved fire rating assemblies; the development of construction documents and fill out the permit forms.

Project: Add 5’-0” along the side of the house for independent accessible studio apartment.

Responsibilities: Suggestions to the client on value engineering offers from the GC, possible solutions to conflicts and Draw Requests comments for review
